In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, I give my consent to (PDDBRICS hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, Taxpayer Identification Number, contact details (phone number, email address, Telegram contact ), links to my pages on social networks, profile photo.

Consent to the processing of personal data is given for the following purposes:

— registering an account in the Operator’s service;

— posting information about me and the products I provide (services, goods, works) in the service for the purpose of searching and selecting investors, business partners, clients, specialists and experts;

— promotion and information on the services of the Operator, joint services of the Operator and third parties, products (goods, works, services) of third parties;

— communication with the Operator and third parties via telephone, sending and receiving messages at the telephone number specified by me, email within the framework of this service;

I authorize the Operator to process the specified personal data, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking and deletion of my personal data, performed with or without the use of automation tools them.

The personal data of the Personal Data Subject is stored for the entire duration of the user agreement with this Personal Data Subject, as well as for 3 years after termination of their validity, unless the personal data was personally revoked by the Personal Data Subject. Upon receipt of an application for withdrawal of consent, the Operator is obliged to stop processing personal data and (or) destroy personal data, except in cases provided for by law, when the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data.

Posting a personal photo in the service account is not mandatory and is done voluntarily by me. I confirm that if a photo is posted, it can be seen by investors, business partners, clients, specialists and experts selected by the service and I have no objection to this. I confirm and acknowledge that I have read the stated agreement and give my consent to the processing of the personal data I provided.
